The South Metro Denver real estate market continues the process of attempting
to move toward a more stable path. For the first two months of 2010, there were 1,145 single
family homes sold and 519 attached units sold in South Metro Denver. That compares to 2009
figures of 1,314 single family homes sold and 537 attached units sold; approximately a ten
